We’re looking for someone who is hungry for the opportunity to demonstrate product excellence in a small and dynamic startup. You will be responsible for leading new-to-world products from inception to delivery reporting directly to our CPO. The ideal candidate will be very entrepreneurial and driven to make an impact. 

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance. We believe strongly that if you contribute to adding to Ubiety’s value, you should share in that value.

Salary: Starts at $150k annually plus equity

• An understanding and opinion of the product process. Ideally you’ve built and released a product before 
• Experience in producing convincing product narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences
• Be a fast learner that can quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate or execute it
• Great attention to detail coupled with the experience to see the bigger picture to create extreme clarity for the team and your partners

• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and other cross-functional colleagues, while maintaining team health
• Own critical features and/or products from discovery through delivery and success.
• Work closely with the team, market stakeholders, and most importantly users to discover features, test assumptions, and design products 
• Define key metrics that determine the success of your products and develop a deep understanding of your product’s performance
• Write product briefs, presentations, and release videos for features you own 

• Product mentorship and coaching from our CPO and leadership team

Note on Remote Work: 

We are interested in hiring the best candidates wherever they are. However, while some roles are 100% remote, other roles will require you to live in or relocate to Chicago. Ideally this position would be filled by someone willing to go into our Chicago office 3 times a week.
