Test Lab Associate

We’re looking for a Test Lab Associate to help accelerate our internal experimentation and test execution. This role will take lead on carrying out a broad range of experiments in our test lab and be responsible for test execution, data collection, and data quality assurance. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our testing schedule and lead the on-time delivery. If interested, there will also be the opportunity to work on other technical tasks to grow your skill set beyond this role. Standard Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000/yr plus equity

• Due to the nature of the work required by this position work is expected to be completed 100% on-site in our test lab
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - you will be expected to execute tests in a timely manner and document results
• Basic computer skills including using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, documentation creation
• Basic familiarity with setting up WiFi networks, connecting devices to networks, interacting with settings on different devices (e.g. mobile phones, laptops, tablets)
• Prior experience running tests or QA processes is a nice-to-have
• Interest in software development and programming is a plus - if you are interested we will help you grow! 
• English language proficiency

• Ownership of our internal testing lab, responsible for items such as asset management, requirements gathering, procurement, and experimentation
• Execute test plans according to defined schedule and settings
• Documenting all test procedures, testing results, and data quality verification
• Provide updates to stakeholders on the status of test execution, identification of issues blocking progress, and final results
• Lead efforts to introduce automation in place of manual processes such as experimentation monitoring and data verification
